I just installed webdip on localhost today (XAMPP). I started it up, got a registration problem which I fixed by using this quickfix (viewtopic.php?f=10&t=871&hilit=registration). However, after validating me it shows "The last process time was over 30 minutes ago (at 03:03 PM UTC); the server is not processing games until the cause is found and games are given extra time."
Code:
<div class="content-notice"><p class="notice">The last process time was over 30 minutes
            ago (at <span class="timestamp" unixtime="1343747032">03:03 PM UTC</span>); the server
            is not processing games until the cause is found and games are given extra time.</p></div>

That's it. Any solution?

If you didn't set up a cronjob (not neccessary for a local install) run the gamemaster from the Admin-panel.

How do I get there? I can't login either. No usernames exist.

What install did you use? webDiplomacy or vDiplomacy?
Did you download it from Githup or sourceforge?

@SleepCap - webdiplomacy from sourceforge (I know it's outdated).

Also my signature used to lead to the variant I was working on, but I lost the time to do it.

Don't bother with the sourceforge variant.
There are too many issues, and the vDip-version has an auto-installer for developers.
Try this guide:

Since I also downloaded vDip I'll give that a try

I updated this last week to include a dev-auto install. If you have a file config-dev.sample.php in your files it's a recent version, if not redownload.
