I understand that the CD system is so that unreliable players don't bog down the system, and that seems perfectly fair; however, there are some people, like myself, who have CDed by accident.

In my case, my dad's phone line cut out for a day or so while I was there, I was unable to use internet, and I CDed in a game.

So I was wondering if there was any chance of establishing a system, where say - if a player doesn't miss a SINGLE phase for 1000 phases then one of their CDs is discounted - this way, unreliable players will still show up as unreliable; whereas unfortunate reliable players can redeem themselves with time. That way, they could eventually achieve 90% status (or higher), and once again be able to play as many games as they like.

Or something like that. It was only a thought, and probably a silly one, but I thought I might as well ask.

Cheers :)

You can already get a CD discounted by taking over a country in CD - this is much easier than having to play 1000 phases and it helps fill up games with players in Civil Disorder.
