Is there any thought to "upgrading" to jQuery as the built-in javascript library? I'm under the impression that Script.aculous and Prototype are obsolescent compared with the ubiquity of and plugins available for jQuery.

Of course, my opinion is biased because I LOVE jQuery's simplicity. Is there any advantage to using the current javascript libraries other than that they are already installed/prepared AND/OR is there any disadvantage to jQuery other than the obvious fact that the current js libraries are already installed/prepared?
