Tries to run install.sql through phpmyadmin but came up with this and I have no idea what it means:

SQL query:

CREATE TABLE `wD_AccessLog` (

`userID` MEDIUMINT( 8 ) UNSIGNED NOT NULL ,
`lastRequest` TIMESTAMP NOT NULL DEFAULT '0000-00-00 00:00:00',
`hits` SMALLINT( 5 ) UNSIGNED NOT NULL ,
`cookieCode` INT( 10 ) UNSIGNED NOT NULL ,
`ip` INT( 10 ) UNSIGNED NOT NULL ,
`userAgent` BINARY( 2 ) NOT NULL ,
KEY `userID` ( `userID` ) ,
KEY `ip` ( `ip` ) ,
KEY `cookieCode` ( `cookieCode` )
) ENGINE = MYISAM DEFAULT CHARSET = utf8;

MySQL said:

#1046 - No database selected

First you need to create a new database to import the SQL-commands.... (It's like creating an empty excel file first to import the data)

In PHPmyAdmin first tab (Databases) -> create new database.
After creating the database select it in the list at the left.
You can enter any name you want (diplomacy for example).

I made the database, changed the config file then tried to start it and got this error:

Error occurred during script startup, usually a result of inability to connect to the database:

Error triggered: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: No such host is known. .

This was probably caused by a software bug. If these occur often try enabling error-logging via config.php, and report errors to the official devs for help.

Warning: mysql_close() expects parameter 1 to be resource, null given in D:\Diplomacy\xampp\htdocs\Diplomacy\objects\database.php on line 126
Could not successfully close connection to database.

Database version 1 and code version 1.04 don't match, and no auto-update script is available for this version. Please wait while the admin runs update.sql

Databaase is 1.0.
You need to load every patch in the interface.
1.0->1.0.1
1.0.1->1.0.2
1.0.2->1.0.3
1.0.3->1.0.4
And if you use the vDip code all vdip SQLs too..

I am trying to create a user but keep getting this error:

Error triggered: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: No such host is known. .

I went to error logs and found the validate adress and validated the account and then got an error this error:

Error triggered: Column 'ip' cannot be null.

Try "http://127.0.0.1/" instead of localhost.

This is because the Internet still use IP4 (and webdip logs these IP4 numbers), but most home-servers use IP6 these days and with 127.0.0.1 you force IP4.

I am having trouble setting email validation up properly I have tried changing settings in config.php but I still can't get it to work.

On another note, MySQL has now decided to stop working...
It would seem xampp somehow got corrupted and decided to create some files with impossible names so I can't remove them? When I look at properties of folder it says it contains a ridiculous number of files that is increasing and supposedly is taking up more than 2.00PB and rising... I am really really confused... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
